API Reference

Jonot provides a supported, read-only public HTTP API for organisation data. See the Read-only Analytics API guide for authentication, available endpoints, query parameters, rate limits, and examples.

The public contract includes GET /v1/queues, GET /v1/tickets, and GET /v1/exports/tickets.csv. Authenticate each request with an API token in the Authorization: Bearer ... header. Responses are scoped to the token’s organisation.

The admin application’s internal tRPC API is separate and is not a supported public contract.
